What is on the free tier?

The free tier includes 10 flagship tools (search, enrich, demo, intent, triggers, techstack, score, forecast, sequence, ads), 2 tool runs per day, the daily command brief, and community access. That is enough to run two real prospects through the platform every day, indefinitely, without paying.

What is Pro?

Pro is $499 per month. You get everything in Free, unlimited. All 460+ specialist tools across every sector. The full 5-agent operating layer with 5-round challenge on every run. PDF reports and PowerPoint deck deliverables. Live signals on funding, hiring, and tech stack changes. Priority compute. New tools first.

What counts as a run?

A run is one tool execution. Pasting a domain into search is one run. Pasting it again 30 seconds later is a second run. The 2-runs-per-day free limit applies per flagship tool key in your account, not per day total. The cap resets at midnight UTC.

What happens when I hit the limit?

The flagship tool returns a 402 with a structured response: the error, a friendly message, and the upgrade URL. The platform does not silently fail. It tells you what happened and shows you the door to Pro.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The checkout flow includes a customer portal where you can cancel, pause, update payment method, and download invoices. All in one place. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month charges, no clawbacks.

Are there enterprise tiers?

Yes, by request. The Service tier ($4,999 per month) includes white-glove onboarding, custom workflow design, and direct access to a senior operator for strategic questions. The Custom tier ($25K+) covers private deploys, BAA support, and dedicated agent customization. Both tiers come with an explicit SLA.

How does the internal team bypass work?

Admin allowlist users bypass the paywall. This is by design. We dogfood the platform without paying ourselves, which lets us treat product issues with the urgency they deserve.

What is your refund policy?

Pro is month-to-month. If a critical bug breaks a run within the first 14 days of a new subscription, reach out and we will issue a full refund and a one-month credit. After 14 days, the standard cancellation flow applies.
