About
Built for operators. Evolved into the OS that runs them.
KAIRO started as a revenue intelligence OS and became, layer by layer, a full AI-native enterprise OS. The tools still run. The finance, operations, supply chain, and agent workforce are built on top of them. One platform. Built solo. Hardened in public.
Vision
A world where any company, even a team of one, runs like it has a full executive floor: finance, operations, intelligence, and a tireless AI workforce, all in one place, all explainable. The tools that used to cost a stack of vendors and a six-figure bill belong to every operator.
Mission
Put one AI-native platform in the hands of operators that does the real work across the whole company while keeping every decision in human hands. The AI handles the busywork and shows its reasoning. You make the calls that matter.
Target
Become the first system a company runs on, from day one to exit. The default home for the work, the numbers, and the decisions, where nothing executes as a black box and autonomy is earned one proven outcome at a time.
The journey
The foundation
Revenue intelligence
KAIRO started as a revenue command center for operators and founders. Live signals, account enrichment, a five-agent challenge loop, and a daily briefing that shipped every morning at 7 AM. The tools were real. The database was real. The security layer was real.
The depth
Enterprise OS
Then we kept building. Signal enrichment became a knowledge graph. Agent outputs became explainable decisions. A tool platform became a double-entry ledger, a procurement system, a supply chain, an agent workforce gated by a Trust Engine. Layer by layer, the platform became what it is now: a 9-layer AI-native enterprise OS.
The state today
One platform, two layers
The revenue intelligence tools still run. They are now the commercial intelligence layer inside the OS. The platform also runs finance, operations, supply chain, and workforce on top of them. Both live. One platform, built and hardened in public.
Why we exist
The category priced out the people who needed it most.
Enterprise platforms start at five figures per seat. Mid-market alternatives run hundreds per seat per month. Neither respected the time, margin, or judgment of the operator actually running the shift.
So we started with the tools: live revenue infrastructure, a real database, a real security layer, and strategic depth that holds up in the open. Tools an operator would use at 7 AM.
Then we kept building. Signal enrichment became a knowledge graph with semantic recall. Agent outputs became decisions with an evidence trail. Financial reporting became a double-entry ledger that refuses to go out of balance. A tool platform became the spine of a system that runs the whole company.
Today KAIRO is an AI-native enterprise OS. One explainable core. The revenue intelligence tools are the commercial floor of a system that also handles finance, procurement, inventory, supply chain, HCM, and an agent workforce. Every high-value action is human-gated. Every decision carries its why.
Principles
What KAIRO believes.
Operator first
Every product decision goes through one filter: would an operator actually use this on a Tuesday afternoon, under pressure? We build for the people running the shift, not for the boardroom slide. That is why the tools were built before the strategy, and why the OS was built on top of the tools, not the other way around.
Honest depth, not theater
The full architecture is published at /enterprise/architecture. Every module is marked Live, Preview, or Planned. The data gap is named. The upgrade path is transparent. We sell on substance. The map is derived from the live system, not from a wish list.
Explainability is non-negotiable
Nothing executes as a black box. Every decision the OS makes carries its evidence trail, confidence score, and the policies it evaluated. If KAIRO cannot explain a decision, it does not execute it. That rule is encoded in the platform, not in the terms of service.
Autonomy is earned, not assumed
Every high-value action, whether financial, customer-facing, or irreversible, pauses for human approval by default. As outcomes prove quality, the Trust Engine widens what the system is allowed to do on its own. Autonomy is the destination. Human oversight is the road that gets you there safely.
The platform
Honest depth. Operator focus. No theater.
A public preview. Built solo. Nine layers of real infrastructure. A full enterprise OS that started as a revenue command center and grew into something that runs the whole company. If you are an operator who values substance over slides, this is built for you.
